Bridal makeup application and consultation to prepare for your wedding day or special event.

Your Bridal Makeup Trial is a chance to explore your wedding day look and work together to create a style that feels perfect for you. While trials are not required, they are highly recommended to help remove stress and ensure complete confidence on your wedding day.

This appointment allows up to 2 hours to include a detailed, personalized consultation and application.

Bridal Makeup Trial & Consultation

Your bridal trial is all about you. It’s an opportunity to envision your wedding day look, personalize details, and feel fully prepared and confident ahead of your celebration.

The main purpose of your trial is to meet with your Makeup Artist prior to the wedding day and to design and test your desired makeup look together. With your feedback, we are able to refine and perfect every detail so your wedding day makeup feels exactly right.

On the day of your trial, I encourage you to treat it like a special occasion. Wear something that makes you feel beautiful, style your hair if you would like, or even try on your dress. Take the opportunity to spend time in your glam, go out, and become comfortable seeing yourself in your finished look. Please remember that makeup can appear different under natural light, artificial light, and both indoor and outdoor settings, which is an important part of the trial experience.

I will carefully document your colour matches, preferences, and every detail of your personalized look so everything is saved for your wedding day. If you have any feedback or changes after your trial, please feel free to text them to me. I will update your file accordingly so any refinements can be seamlessly applied on your wedding day.

When you are in my chair, my goal is for you to feel relaxed, cared for, and fully present in the experience. I will guide you through each step so you can simply enjoy being pampered, polished, and rejuvenated.

Please note: Due to high weekend demand, bridal trials are offered on weekdays between 9-4. Trials are typically scheduled from April and June. I do recommend reaching out early in the spring.

Location

Bridal trials are held at the Bright Inside Out studio in Powassan. You can easily find it on Google Maps by searching “Bright Inside Out.”

On your wedding day, I will come to your getting-ready location. For local weddings, you also have the option to come into the studio for your services, which waives the out-of-studio fee.

Securing Your Wedding Date

Once your date is confirmed as available and you feel we are a good fit, you may proceed with booking.

Bookings are completed in two steps:

1. Completion of the Bridal Makeup Agreement
2. Receipt and confirmation of a $150 deposit

Your date is secured once both are completed. Please message me once you have submitted your agreement and sent your deposit so we can confirm your booking on our end.

Products

I use a curated mix of high-performance, cruelty-free, and vegan-friendly products designed to wear beautifully and last all day. All makeup is selected with skin health, comfort, and longevity in mind, with added focus on waterproofing, layering, and setting for special events.

A variety of false lashes in different styles and intensities are available and always optional.

Clean beauty brands include: Gabriel Cosmetics, Sweet LeiLani, Āthr Beauty, ZuZu Luxe, and Mineral Fusion.
Professional conventional brands include: MAC, Laura Mercier, NYX, and Realher.

My kit is always evolving, with new products added regularly to reflect current trends, seasons, and client needs.
