With its pale rose and white flowers, Orange Blossom adorns the Orange tree (aka Bitter Orange). Originally found in India, Orange Blossom found its way to the Mediterranean basin during the Crusades. During the sixteenth century, it became known as Neroli after a princess of the same name who discovered its many qualities.
